27th Annual Transportation Day Car & Motorcycle Show

Sunday, July 14 ~ 10 am to 3 pm

Join us in the historic village as car enthusiasts from across Ontario showcase their antique & classic cars and vintage motorcycles with over 25 awards to be won.

  • Horse and wagon rides
  • School lessons on pioneer travel and transportation
  • Music from the 60s, 70s and 80s courtesy of DJ Del and Jenny Jams
  • Antique clock and timepiece display
  • Broom making demonstrations
  • Grinding demonstrations at the Lang Grist Mill (set demonstration times)
  • Paint-a-truck activity
  • Sweets treats and refreshment at the Keene Hotel ($)
  • Keene Lions Club Food Truck serving BBQ goods ($)- CASH only
  • Pancake Breakfast in the PCAHB ($)- while supplies last
  • Haven Brewing Company beer garden ($)
  • Freshly popped kettle corn by Ben's Kettle Corn ($)
  • Shingle Mill demonstrations
  • Fresh Empire Cheese curd and bread for sale in the Cheese Factory ($)
  • Craft at the Ayotte Cabin
  • Displays by the Peterborough County City Paramedics, the Peterborough Speedway, and the Canadian Armed Forces
  • Kawartha Truth and Reconciliation quilt on display

Admission: Adults- $15, Students & Seniors (60+) – $10, Youths 5 to 14 Years of Age – $7, Children Under 5 Years of Age – Free, Family Pass (includes 2 Adults and up to 4 Youths) – $40

Please note: Events run rain or shine. Special activities are subject to change due to weather, materials, volunteer availability and unforeseen circumstances. In the event of extreme circumstances which require cancellation, a notice will be posted on our social media pages. Last admission is 2 pm, but we recommend you give yourself a minimum of 2 hours for your visit. On-site parking is available on a first come first served basis. Overflow parking is available at McIntyre Park.
